Classification
Fans according to the use of material classification can be divided into several types, such as iron shell fans (ordinary fans), fiberglass fans, plastic fans, aluminum fans, stainless steel fans and so on fan classification can be divided into centrifugal, axial flow, oblique flow (mixed flow) and cross flow and other types according to the direction of gas flow.
(1) Centrifugal fan. The air flow is mainly radial after entering the impeller of the fan axially. This type of fan is made according to the principle of centrifugal action, and the products include centrifugal fans, centrifugal blowers and centrifugal compressors.
(2) Axial flow fan. The air flows axially into the impeller of the fan and approximately along the axis on the cylindrical surface. Such fans include axial flow fans, axial flow blowers and axial flow compressors.
(3) Rotary fan. Use rotor rotation to change the volume of the air chamber to work. Common varieties are Roots blower, rotary compressor.
According to the flow direction after the air enters the impeller, the fan is divided into: axial fan, centrifugal fan and oblique flow (mixed flow) fan.
According to the purpose of the fan, it is divided into the pressure into the local fan (hereinafter referred to as the pressure into the fan) and the flameproof motor is placed outside the flow passage or in the flow passage, and the flameproof motor is placed in the explosion-proof sealed cavity (hereinafter referred to as the extraction fan). The fan can also be divided into single-stage, double-stage or multi-stage pressure fans according to the form of pressure. If 4-72 is a single-stage pressure, the high-end fan is a multi-stage pressure fan.
Fans can be divided into axial flow fans, mixed flow fans, roof fans, air conditioning fans and so on.
Fans can be divided into low pressure fans, medium pressure fans and high pressure fans according to pressure.
According to the outlet pressure (boost pressure) is divided into: ventilator (≤ 15,000 Pa), blower (1.5 ~ 350,000 Pa), compressor (≥ 350,000 Pa).
