2, the choice of type
The gear motor has two kinds: cage type and wire wound type. The cage type gear motor has simple structure, easy maintenance and low price, but the starting performance is poor, and the general no-load or light-load starting production machinery can be selected.
The starting torque of the wire-wound gear motor is large and the starting current is small, but the structure is complex, and the starting and maintenance are more difficult. It is suitable for occasions where the starting torque is large, such as lifting equipment, etc., and can also be used for mechanical equipment that needs proper speed regulation. 3, power selection
The choice of gear motor power is determined by the production machinery, that is, by the power required by the load. The motor power required for the reducer motor is as follows: motor power = torque ÷9550× motor power input revolutions ÷ speed ratio ÷ coefficient of use.
4, speed and torque selection
These two points must also meet the conditions, can not be separate speed speed or torque, because the two are related, the higher the speed of the torque will be lower, the lower the speed is vice versa. Whether the overload operation depends on the torque, to know that the overload operation will reduce the service life of the reducer.
